NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

  1. Custom Projects: Custom projects and bespoke services, where work has already commenced, are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work involved.

  2. Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and delivered to the client are non-refundable.

PROCESSING REFUNDS
